We are the group of University of Michigan students organizing the conference and making sure that the event is a great success every year! The board has roughly 60 students each year, including MBAs, BBAs, and other passionate undergraduates and graduate students interested in Asia business. We are divided into the Conference Group, which handles the internal finance, corporate relations, marketing, operations and, IT, and Panel Group, which is mainly responsible for contacting speakers and organizing panel discussions.
The board has always been a close knit community, connecting students and alumnus with the same interests and goals. Throughout the school year, we collaborate and work hard to build the conference step by step. At the same time, we play hard and organize activities and events for board members. Our friendships go far beyond the successfully organized conference every year and are maintained even after our graduation.

Passionate about Asia businesses

Possess the specific skills required for the individual groups
Join the team:
1.Manage ABC websites, design flyers, booklets, and other related marketing materials.
2.Develop marketing strategies to promote ABC in UM communities and maintain social media presences.
*Candidates with experiences in Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphic design software are highly preferred.
Coordinate all aspects of the conference logistics, including food catering, accommodation, conference room reservations, audio/ visual services, lodging, and parking/transportation, etc.
Seek corporate and organization sponsorship for the conference both on and off campus.
Manage ABC bank accounts and budgets, handle transactions and reimbursements.
Responsible for recruiting and organizing social events.
Invite conference speakers, work with moderators on panel sessions, and coordinate with Operations and Marketing team for speaker logistics.
